Information for visitors to the UK following Brexit

With the UK due to leave the European Union (EU), you may be wondering how this might affect your travel plans to Scotland, especially if you are travelling from the EU.

Even if we leave the EU without a deal, EU citizens are welcome in Scotland and will not require a visa if visiting the UK for less than three months.

VisitScotland have published a handy guide with practical information for EU citizens and travel tips for those coming to Scotland. Find out more at visitscotland.com/brexit.

Before travelling to Scotland, please ensure you check the most recent guidance published by Scottish Government. Guidance on the Scottish Government website includes information on passports, travelling with pets and driving in the UK.
